Daily Habits

I write two daily newsletters.

A lot of people I know think writing one blog post a day is hard. Two is unimaginable.

But I used to publish weekly. Daily is much, much easier! This is, in my opinion, true for any habit you’re trying to form or thing you want to do consistently.

When you do something daily, it becomes part of your everyday routine. When you do it every other day, or every week, it becomes a deviation from your normal. Its much harder to build a habit that way.

And remember, anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. The way to get good is to be bad at a thing for a while, and keep working at it.
